We've been busy bringing in lots of new primitive goodies just for you! Some of you have been asking for dolls, so we found a few that are absolutely adorable that we thought you might like.
Molly is a 20-inch fabric doll with button eyes and brushed yarn pigtails, properly weighted to sit perfectly on a shelf. She is wearing a homespun dress probably made by her mother, and is carrying her own fabric doll.
We've also been searching for framed prints to accessorize your primitive home decor, and during our search fell in love with the work of artist Billy Jacobs. His farmland landscapes are realistic yet stylized in such a way that they fit in beautifully with the prim look. One of the prints that we recently received is "Old Root Cellar", presented in an 8.5" x 12.5" distressed black wood frame. We also have several other examples of his work for you to choose from.
Our Ladybug doll has a painted fabric body and is wearing a burgundy gingham jumper. She is about 20" tall and is carrying a large daisy. She is also weighted sit prettily.
We've searched and searched and finally found the perfect holder for the large 12"-13" decorative bowls. These black wood holders have a semicircular indentation in the front for the bowl to rest in, keeping it steady. They are painted black and distressed at the edges for that prim look.
