Fresh Vintage Arrivals

It's been a busy week here at the shop! I've been stumbling over boxes that I brought in and finally took Skinny cupboarda minute to take a few photos of some of the latest vintage goodies in our Indian Trail shop.

This slim little primitive pine cupboard on the right is just over five feet tall and is perfect for holding towels and supplies in your bathroom. The white ceramic knob gives it that perfect country touch! We've filled it with some of the new whimsical dish towels that just came in (we'll tell you about those tomorrow).

You know that glass is my weakness, so of course I have some new elegant stems Etched stemwarefor you! This is a set of six stems (on the left) with a floral gray cut design that dates from the 1930s or 40s. We also brought in an impressive pressed glass pedestal bowl, a gorgeous elaborate glass oil lamp, and more.

How about a mug shelf? This one has plenty of room for your favorite mugs or other collectibles. It features an open back that Mug shelfwill let your pretty paint or wallpaper show through and has 18 "compartments".

Here are a few of the latest pieces of contemporary collectible cast iron that we've gotten in: trivets, Cast ironmatch holders, and a hard-to-find double sconce. Markings include Wilton and Virginia Metalcrafters and date from the 1950s to present.

Silk plantIf you're in the market for a silk plant, we came across a few that you might like. They work wonders "softening" a room and filling in empty spaces. And they never need watering!

These are only a few of the latest vintage finds that we've brought in. I hope you'll stop in soon and see the others!
