Our Friends at The Rusty Bucket

Last weekend Hubby and I drove to Chapel Hill to move Baby Girl back into the dorm for the fall semester. Before we drove back home, we stopped off at The Rusty Bucket in Apex, North Carolina, to meet my online buddies Pam and Mack Thorpe.

The Rusty Bucket is a wonderful shop with a general store feel on South Salem Street in the heart of historic downtown Apex. They offer primitives, gifts, and antiques in a down-home atmosphere and have some of the most unique folk art by area artists. You can check out their website here to see some of their goodies and get more information.

Two Pams They're also famous...Country Business magazine named The Rusty Bucket as the 2007 Retailer of the Year!

So if you're in the Triangle area of North Carolina and need to get your primitives fix, stop by The Rusty Bucket and see my friend Pam (she's the pretty blonde). And say hi for me!

  4. Hi Pam,
Greetings from Spokane~! Thanks for visiting my blog today. I live outside of Seattle right now but lived most my life in Spokane. I love Idaho too! The Post Falls -C'd elene area is BEAUTIFUL...I think Spokane gets more snow then Boise and Boise is hotter in the summer. The camping pictues on my blog were taken way up North in the middle of Washington State above Lake Chelan in the Okanogan National Forest. It's basically out in the middle of nowhere! You get there by going thru the town of Twisp Washington-This gives you a general idea. If you guys ever come this way let me know and I will show you around.
    Take Care-I love your blog!
