Never Mail Another Invitation Again!

My mother just called to ask if I'd gotten the invitation that she had emailed me for her annual Super Bowl party. So I opened up my e-mailbox and found the cutest invitation ever!

Mom had used a free online invitation service image called Evite to design and send her Super Bowl invitations. The system keeps track of who she invited, who responded, how many invitations are outstanding...it even gives you party ideas and helps you budget for your event. Plus you save on postage. How cool is that?

Here's what the company has to say about themselves:

Evite.com is the leading social event planning site on the Web, facilitating more than 16 million invitations to more than 450,000 events each month. Evite.com offers everything a host needs to throw a great event, from free online invitations to planning checklists to a budget estimator and drink calculator. Evite.com makes planning easy, saving hosts time and money.

This probably wouldn't be the way you'd want to go for formal wedding invitations, but it's perfect for casual get-togethers like birthday parties, pot luck suppers, bunco parties, bachelorette parties, Super Bowl parties...you can put together an email invitation with the perfect graphics for just about any gathering. And if they don't have what you need, you have the option to design your own e-vite.

To start sending your free online invitations, go to www.evite.com and get ready to have some fun. I'm thinking about throwing a party just so that I have an excuse to use these fun invitations! LOL
