Christmas Blessings

On this special day, I have so much to be thankful for; my cup runneth over.

A wonderful family that I miss very much:

Christmas 2010
Sweet furbabies that enrich my life:

A new home:

In a wonderful, magical place:

A new hobby:

And my prayers have been answered: our Internet speed has suddenly increased exponentially in the last week...which means that we are finally able to surf the net at nearly "normal" speeds!

Old speed:

New speed:

Yes, our speed is still slower than 85% of the rest of the country, but it's much better than it was, believe me. And it's not consistent, but the majority of the day it is pretty darned good. So I am a very, very happy camper right now, considering how much time I spend on the Internet.

I'm also grateful for you, dear friends. It's been wonderful jumping back into the blogging world this fall and making so many amazing new friends and becoming reacquainted with old ones. Since moving cross-country, I haven't made any close friends yet here, but my virtual friends have kept me from feeling lonely. And for that, I thank you.

Life is good and I am feeling so very blessed. Everything isn't perfect; that would be impossible. But I refuse to dwell on the not-so-perfect; I'm going to focus on the things that make me smile.

My fervent wish is that you are feeling blessed in your life, as well.

Merry Christmas,
Pam
